    I don't think that you really have to hide the fact the you like a girl. Why not show it instead? Being liked by others is a great thing, it is something to be proud of because you know that other people still likes you despite your flaws and imperfections. Telling people that you like them instead of hiding it will help them boost their confidence and build their self esteem. Liking or loving people is not something to be ashamed of or to be hidden, it is meant to be shown and making him/her feel that you are there to support her/him.
