# What are the 3 non-dividing stage in the cell division?

Interphase is the longest phase of the cell cycle. During this phase the cell grows to its maximum size, performs its normal cellular functions, replicates its DNA, and prepares for cell division. This stage is divided into three parts: G1, G2 and S phases. Some cells no longer need to divide and exit the cell cycle.

4/16 RRYY; 4/16 RRYy; 4/16 RrYY; 4/16 RrYy

Explanation: Since this problem involves 2 genes, this is a dihybrid test cross. In solving a dihybrid test cross, you may use 2 ways. Its either, (1) 16x16 Punnet Square and (2) Forkline Method. But I used forkline method to this question:

1. Get the test cross

RR x Rr = 2 RR, 2 Rr

YY x Yy = 2 YY, 2 Yy

2. Proceed with the forkline method

2 RR - 2 YY - 4/16 RRYY

- 2 Yy - 4/16 RRYy

2 Rr - 2 YY - 4/16 RrYY

- 2 Yy - 4/16 RrYy

0% is the probability of having an offspring which have wrinkled seed and yellow seed color.
